Rooms are not well maintained and overpriced.

If you want to be close to the airport, then this motel is okay. However, it is not in a very desirable part of Phoenix. I would say this hotel is not family friendly. There were very few cable channels with poor reception and we could not find any chain family restaurants nearby (besides fast food).

The place was unsafe, mostly men where staying there. Room was very dirty. Unable to use towels because they were so dirty. I was not given a receipt even though I requested one. I would not stay at this hotel again.
